found this, maybe it can help you..

      1. Open your client
      2. Go to Options -> Hand History
      3. Make sure that your hand histories are set to be stored locally
      4. Make sure that Log Hand History to Socket is checked
      5. Make sure that the port is set to 5433

Entraction/B2B hand histories problem. Please help.

      by Bizzy » Thu Aug 27, 2009 7:22 am

      Hello everyone,

I have just started playing at 24h Poker and experience some problems with the hand histories. I do follow the "Entraction Configuration Guide.pdf" and enable the "Log hand history to file" option.

Unfortunately, the software does not seem to save the hand histories anywhere on my harddrive. Have been having the same problem with RedKings on the Ongame network too.

Can it be that my Windows/Firewall/Antivirusprogram do not allow saving files on the computer? Have been looking for info on the forum but can't find anything useful. Please help.

      Thanks,
      Bizzy.

Did you enable the option in the Entraction software? If you re-open that window does it still show it to be configured correctly?
When you specify the folder to save the files to, do NOT use the Desktop (or a subfolder of the Desktop).

If you are using Vista you need to make sure all your poker software (PT3 and your Entraction software, plus any other sites you use) are configured to run as Administrator.
ATTENTION: Windows VISTA users, you must read this...

      Hi WhiteRider,

When the properties of the Entraction software were changed to "run as Administrator", the HandHistory file appeared on the harddrive. Knew I had to run PT3 as Administrator but had no idea the same should be done with the rest of the poker softaware.
