I would not folded, and i did not folded when it happen to me.
I have KK and finaly went all in, CO also went all in.
      CO win with AA.
It is hard to fold KK or KKK, the only indication of a very good hand would be the bet size when the board is showing an Ace.
In yor .10 game MP3 raise to 1.2 preflop, this should tell that he have a very good hand.
If i hold KK and raise, got reraised by UTG before the flop and MP3 just call and all this before the flop, i would consider that one of them do holds an A or AA.
On the flop, 4 A K MP3 raise (big raise), i would suspect that he do have AA or AAA .
But it is a very, very hard to fold a set, KKK or 222 or other.
We can only learn from the game and i did learn my lesson. Later on i did fold KK to a large reraise and live to fight another game.

      Regards

      John
