      Its obvious here that he's check raise means that he has it. What did u think you will beat after he showed so much strength? and the fact that he's a nit with a low aggression ...I think he only bets or c/r when he has it ... or he only bets hands that your tpgk wont beat.

      Against such a nit we have pretty standard Bet/Fold on the flop. I really doubt that he is Check/Raising there with a lot. :(
