      Imo, just shove pre. BU is never folding after calling that and you look weak doing it. He can have a middling pair and if he misses the flop he might still fold. Basically, he never folds pre but may fold post. Ship it pre!

      Most likely I'd also be inclined to ship it preflop while doubt BTN is going to fold a lot of hands. If you had someone behind you to act and he had some raise before you then I wouldn't mind. But while not I'd just ship it preflop.
