      Hello Slurpee,

      If he is really so loose then it's kind of close spot either to CB the flop or not, we might put ourselves into ugly spot and while not gain any fold equity. What about his AF? Is he rather aggressive player? But of course the idea of betting the turn for free card for river is good idea and maybe even have fold equity.

      Otherwise pretty standard of course, like the idea of betting small on the turn. :D
