Should I be suspicious when he cbet so little? I think I should have probably bet the turn but didn't want to inflate the pot with a strong flush draw on the board.

Assigning him a range of KK-QQ,99-77,55,AQs,98s,AhKh,AhJh,AhTh,JhTh,AQo
I have enough equity to call his bet on the river

      Hello 0744379,

Flop: Well, first of all I'd definitely go even for pot size raise on the flop, he may easily blockbet like that even with a FD or whatsoever.
Turn: Most likely I'd still Bet here rather than Check it behind.

      As played
River: Kind of dumb that he almost even pots here, I might also get suspicious, there is no way we can raise it for value. Overall his line was kind of strange. The question is if he really would ever Bet with Qx hands like this, most likely I doubt that. So for the given play myself -> I'd be towards folding since it seems now we just beat bluff.

      Best Regards.
