      I cant call for set value in this case and I have 44% equity against his PFR. I dont think I can just fold here and calling for set value isn't an option and once I 3bet I am pretty much pot committed although I doubt I'm getting equity against his 4bet range

      The problem here is that he is such a nit and I don't really see him having a lot worse hands which is going to 4bet, especially when he even opens from the MP. At the best for us it's going to be a coinflip and if you want to take it against his stack then sure.

      Also it's not only a set value Call here but we could easily even play the hand postflop while having an overpair. Since I doubt that the guy is going to 2nd barrel with non-made hands. But of course overall it's not that huge mistake anyways against his stack.
