Hero (SB): \$4 (100 bb)
BB: \$0.15 (3.8 bb)
UTG: \$4.38 (109.5 bb)
MP: \$6.51 (162.8 bb)
CO: \$0.68 (17 bb)
BTN: \$2.02 (50.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with T J
2 folds, CO calls \$0.04, BTN calls \$0.04, Hero completes, BB checks

Flop: (\$0.16) A Q 8 (4 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, CO checks, BTN checks

Turn: (\$0.16) 4 (4 players)
Hero checks, BB bets \$0.11 and is all-in, CO calls \$0.11, BTN folds, Hero calls \$0.11

River: (\$0.49) 7 (3 players, 1 is all-in)
Hero checks, CO checks

Results: \$0.49 pot (\$0.03 rake)
Final Board: A Q 8 4 7
Hero mucked T J and lost (-\$0.15 net)
BB showed 2 J and lost (-\$0.15 net)
CO showed A 6 and won \$0.46 (\$0.31 net)

The player who shoved seemed fishy (his stack size suggests that as well), the turn caller seemed fishy as well.

There is \$0.38 in the pot and we must call \$0.11, thus we are getting 3.45:1 odds if I'm not mistaken. We have 12 clean outs which equals to a 2.8:1 chance to hit one of our outs ((46-12):12):1. Thus we can call.

Is my maths correct?

One additional question: if we had just the flushdraw on the turn, we would have a 4.1:1 chance to hit our flush on the turn. The pot should be \$0.45 in order for us to call profitably. Can we call in this spot with just the FD, assuming that we can make our opponent pay at least 0.07\$ on the river often enough? The opponent seems fishy.

The only argument for not calling the turn is CO's stack size and your implied odds, given that there's not much to win even if you do hit, folding is okay also.

Hello Avatars91,

For the given odds and with our hand seems to be fine and I don't mind it. Although with just FD most likely I'd just give it up while even being OOP and not drawing for the nut-flush.

Best Regards.

Sorry to overload you, Veriz, but I'd like you to take a look at my odds calculations. Are my maths correct?

Sure. Usually if I don't point out anything then usually it's correct and it's also with that case right now. It's correct calculation.
