Villain is 24/14/3.5 preflop. Raises cbet 19% but before this hand he had been minraising (my) cbets a ton (no showdonw though). So I believe he has air here a ton (on such a dry board). When he calls my flop 3bet, I think he still might have some air planning to play back (but of course more value hands in his range). His turn minraise worries me but I still thought he could do this with air given the dynamics. River really sucks, is he ever bluffing??

Being deep I would rather go pot control and call him down with my AA than 3-bet him on dry board. You mnca have some meta game and he may call you down with Kx, but I think he would fold his air and sometimes also Kx hands+ definitely worse hands.
If you 3-bet then you´re going with your hand, so I´m fine bet/shoving turn. You´re not going to fold anyway on river cards.

      Best regards,

Exactly, metagame was definitely there. Had 3bet him shortly before in similar hand (oop, dry flop) which is why i did it here as well + BvB so ranges are much wider. He actually turned up to have KQ...
