Question about moving up from 360m to 90m

I've recently started playing the $0.10 360m on stars for fun but I've realized that I really love playing mtts. I've had some nice succes with these things. Played 81 games with an ROI of 220% (Made about $18) mostly 4tabling.

I know 81 games is like nothing and I need at least 1k games to see a winrate which is a little more accurate but I'm thinking about building a small roll and hitting the 0.50. But I just don't know whether the I should pick the 45 mans or the 90 mans. Does any of you guys have exp with these games? Are they tougher than the 0.10 360m or are they filled with the 0.50 regulars who play like gazillion of these a week.

Cause otherwise I might switch to the 0.50 after reaching a certain roll. Maybe some BRM tips for these games would be nice too :)
