      Should just donk out on turn here?

      My plan was to c/r, but it carries the risk of him checking back & seeing a club on the river.

      Again on the flop I called assuming I could get enough of his stack if a club hits.

      Yeah, I would do that since he may easily just take pot control. :) Neither I wouldn't pot the river since you practically telling that you have a very strong hand.
