Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy.com Elephant 0.105 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is CO with T:heart: , T:club:
6 folds, Hero raises to $0,75, BU raises to $1,50, 2 folds, Hero raises to $4,75, BU calls $3,25.

Villain has a 3B range of 16 on the BU so far. This shouldn't be very accurate after 350 hands but hi should still have a very wide range. So i tried to 4B/f since i don't just want to call and throw away my hand when a higher card hits the flop.

      Flop: ($9,90) T:diamond: , 8:diamond: , 5:club: (2 players)
Hero bets $5, BU folds, Hero gets uncalled bet back.

I get my set and i think i should have just checked on flop against this aggr. opponent.

      Final Pot: $9,90

      Hi,

If you 4-bet, then it should be 4-bet/call against that very loose 3-bettor. he would very likely still shove AK pf. Postflop board is a little too drawy to slowplay, so I´m fine betting out flop rather than going c/rai or c/raise smaller amount.

if he wants to go with his hand then your c-bet doesn´t really should change much and although he might sometimes bluff if you check to him I think you also need to protect your hand.

      best regards,
