      5 folds

      Results: $0.04 pot
BB mucked and won $0.04 ($0.02 net)

The SB has the following stats: VP/PFR/AF/3bet/hands 16/16/1.0/6.1/90
      The BB's stats: VP/PFR/AF/3bet/WTSD/hands 31/26/4.0/0/44/65

I just wanted to know if you approve with this preflop fold. I made this fold according to the minimum chart suggested in this article:
      http://www.pokerstrategy.com/strategy/bss/1671/1/

Since the BB is fishy and loose, I thought it makes sense to open tighter. Then again, we are IP and can make him often fold with a Cbet on good flops and maybe even get value when we hit. What do you think?

      Hi again Avatars91:) ,

well you have told the reasons why not OR here with your K8. When you talk about CB you should also check the stats about their fold to cBet percentage. But of course after only 90 hands things are not so clear. You will also very rarely hit good flop with K8.

But at a first look at BB stats it is not very necessary that he is fishy....maybe he is LAG and good player and very difficult opponent.

So if i return to your question...it is of course NOT a must bet with K8 and when i read your reasons i can say you did it right.

      Good luck at the tables.

      Hello Avatars91,

Either way it's fine. It's much better to rather raise from BU with K8o than from SB. :) So if I would do it then I would do it from BU with the position. Depending no the opponents further stats.

      Best Regards.
