      no stats for villain

was thinking on the river to bet smaller so i could possibly fold to his raise.

      Hello tofu22,

Well, I wouldn't even Bet the river since there ain't that much value anyways. Couple of draws even completed, not worth. I doubt that he is bluffing that often anyways here and I would Check/Fold the river. And obviously we don't beat anything which is even min-raising.

      Best Regards.

Why there is no value on the river? What about worse Jx?I think if the villain had 2pairs or better,he'd raise turn.
      thanks :s_biggrin:

Because there are no stats on the villain, obviously there can be worse Jx but there ain't that many of them. Also he wouldn't Bet with them anyways and the pot is too big on river already and people just make over and over again the same mistake when they feel committed after their small Bet and they Bet/Call while they don't beat anything after the raise. :) Therefore it's easier to skip the thin value and Check/Fold or just ship yourself if you really think that he has A LOT worse hands in his calling range.
