Just want to see how retarded my mate is.

      Hero 650$
      UTG3 1000$
      MP1 700$
      mp2 725$
      CO 600$
      Bu 525$

NL2/5$ , FR,So he has 5c,5d on MP1 9handed, UTG3 raises to 30$ ,Hero(Mp1) calls, MP2 Raises to 100$, MP3,CO,BU, both call, SB calls bb/folds, MP1 calls, . Pot is around 610$. Flop: 6d 3c 2h SB checks, UTG3 snap shoves 900$ into the 610$ pot, My mate snap calls and there is still MP2/MP3/Co/BU to act after him do you think this is a profitable call or a fail? I argued that even if he has the 3-1 odds there still is 4 ppl to act after him and its so often he is dominated by a better hand, he's like idc as long as he has 35% and hes getting 3-1 he will always call it and it will be a +ev decision...

What do you think about his line? TBH i Would have folded preflop, to the re raise. He started telling me that don't tell your friends that its a bad call they will all laugh at you.. I was loling irl in my head, i cant argue he's too stupid to understand. Its not an SNG its a Cash game you donkey fish.

When your mate snap calls even someone holding kings or aces will fold.

This is live poker. A snap call live is completely different to a snap call online.

His move is risky but will often work live imo.

He is playing with complete retards, a guy with aces will snap call two all in's here. This is casino du liban most donkey retards on the galaxy,i'm talking purely from a mathmatical, and +EV money making point of view, he didn't snap call he took his time then called. Is it a good call or bad? that is the question reads means shit since its his 2nd hand at the table.

never ever try to teach fish. They believe it's all luck and that they are good but unlucky sometimes. Just let them have a good time and you will take their money in long term :f_biggrin:

It's a bad call IMO. At best he's probably got 6 outs so max of about 24% equity. He could already be almost dead against 45 or 66 (entirely possible in this kind of loose/bad cash game).

He's set mined and missed - he should fold to the flop shove. Depending on the game dynamics, the pre-flop play is also questionable.

      Its honestly hard to say..

346 he had outs at least if he didn't have the best hand but live poker really is completely different too online..

What did UTG shove with? A/K?
