I raised river because villain's play looks very weak but I think I should do this on the turn as calling turn only in order to raise an unknown river is not so clever imo, and his small betting on the turn already tells that he has a weak hand.

Raising turn and barreling on some rivers as well is my option for the hand now. Good?

He very likely has there pp, so you can consider raising turn and folding river, but likely I´d also call and decide on the river if I want to bluff him or not.
If you raise river then make it 10$. 6.5 is too small and get likely called hands smt like 88/99

      Best regards,
