My intention on the turn was to make him fold his bluffs and buy me a check on the river with his busted draws that I beat. Did this since I did not see many value hands in his raising range here, but if I count them now: AK/KQ/KJ/JJ/67s I certainly understimated them.

      Better call and play river?

KJ or 6x makes to most sense. You´re anyway ahead on the draws so you don´t really need to rebluff him on the turn so I think I would just b/c turn and c/rai river if I hit my draw. Also likely I can c/c if I hit ace or maybe even Q, since I think he would take his Kx hand free showdown.
If you 3-bet smaller turn to 10$ you can shove any river expecting to have fold equity even against KJ and definitely against KQ

      best regards,
