[NL2-NL10] Flopped a set against preflop raiser

2 players limped, the button raises to 5,5BB. I call from the small blind with 66.

When I flop a set, should I check-raise? I put the button an a hand like AK, KQ or some kind of draw. Didn't really consider QJ, because of the preflop raise. Also I have a reasonable amount of outs to a full house.

On the turn all gets in, but should I have jammed the flop?

Let me know what you think..
