Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.02/$0.04 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

      Known players:
      CO (Hero):

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q, Q.
      MP3 raises to $0.12, Hero raises to $0.36, 3 folds, MP3 calls $0.24.

      Flop: ($0.78) 7, 9, 5 (2 players)
      MP3 bets $0.37, Hero raises to $0.90, MP3 calls $0.53.

      Turn: ($2.58) 6 (2 players)
MP3 raises to $1.86, Hero folds, MP3 gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $2.58.

I decided to raise flop to get value of 8x hands... when that 6 hits the turn,i can't see beating anything but TT,JJ maybe... and there are a ton of other combinations of two pairs straights and maybe fishlike slow played sets. Was the decision correct?

      Hello cozacu,

Well, but if he had 8x do you really think he would ship like that? He could easily even have bluffs there and of course TT/JJ. Since I don't even know the opponent and only you knew I might even prefer to Call the turn. There ain't even many 8x hands in his range anyways. But of course folding is just going to be the safest option and which ain't bad.

      Best Regards.
