Hello nipbourne,
We need ~43% equity here if we exclude the rake, which means that we have to actually a lot to Call for maybe at the best just for a split. So therefore the question is what kind of range the opponent could have? He definitely has a lot of made straights and maybe even sets there:
Board: 5
4
6
3
Equity Win Tie
UTG 45.22% 15.73% 29.49% { 77-33, A7s, A2s, K7s, Q7s, J7s, T7s, 97s, 87s, 72s+, A7o, A2o, 87o, 76o }
UTG+1 54.78% 25.29% 29.49% { 7d3c }
Against that kind of range you get it. Most likely such an opponent could even overplay 2x hands but the problem is that there ain't actually that many of them. Right now I did already but all A2o & A2s combos which might be towards that we have to remove some combos and maybe even some sets.
But overall it shouldn't be a huge mistake even if you play for the stacks vs such a player, so nice hand! But there will be a bigger variance in it while it's just a freeplay pot, people tend not to overplay their hands here.
Best Regards.
