You just can't call PF and play AK OOP without initiative especially in a reraised pot. Not sure about flop action because i wouldn't be in that position. As played i would probably fold.

you could 3 bet yourself before the flop and you wouldnt be in this position . you gave bb a top spot to make a squeeze play . as played i would call the flop in position and reevaluate on the turn

reraise it preflop from the SB.

bet out on the flop. call a push/go broke. TPTK (especially AKK and AAK) is the nuts in a reraised pot. if you feel you're behind to KK or AA here, muck it preflop (very rare, you have to have a real nit raising, etc.)

Calling pf 3-bet with AK and then c/f if you hit K is very weak.
If you´re not comfortable playing AK oop, then fold to BB 3-bet
I would always 3-bet with AK even if UTG is very tight

As played: I would c/rai here. BB could lead out a lot worse hands then tptk and you are often ahead here.
SInce you´re probably beaten only by AA, then I´m happy to play for stacks here.
