CO - looks like SSS player or simply tight shortstack

Platform: IPoker - formated by LittleTitanHelper
Gamecode: 923479786 - 2008-04-06 14:04:51
$0.10 SB / $0.20 BB - 10 handed

Seat 1: UTG ($3.70)
Seat 2: UTG2 ($6.81)
Seat 3: UTG3 ($4)
Seat 4: Hero($12.16)
Seat 5: MP2 ($26.54)
Seat 6: MP3 ($19.37)
Seat 7: CO ($4.07)
Seat 8: BU ($14.62)(DEALER)
Seat 9: SB ($25.13)
Seat 10: BB ($19.03)

Dealt to Hero: :club: 7  7

Preflop:
SB posts SB, BB posts BB,UTG3
2 folds, Hero calls $0.20, 2 folds, CO raises $1, 3 folds, Hero calls $0.80

Flop(Pot: $2.30):
:spade: 8 :diamond: A :spade: 10
Hero bets $1, CO raises All-in($3.07), Hero folds

Total Pot: $6.37

My idea was to raise on flop and see where I stand, and since the raise was from CO then I guess his raising range is pretty wide. Low pocket pairs or hands like KQ, KJ might call and even throw their hands away to my raise? Fold to reraise though, right?
