If someone is playing FR + SH NL30 with a, 35 BI Rule . What stakes of STT's should he play, the 10$ or 20$ ones? I mean its possible to lose 7Bi's in a row in NL30 losing u 210$ but is it possible to lose 210$ or 21 Bi'ns playing 10$ Stt's? I mean thats impossible. Which one is higher stakes than the others? I guess NL30=20$ Stts? or am i wrong.

Far from it, a 21BI swing would be pretty standard in STTs. 50-100 buy-ins is certainly more sensible bankroll management.

In your example, you should be playing $5 to $10 STTs depending on how comfortable with variance you are IMO.
