      You should raise a little more on the flop. Maybe 1$.
      I would call his turn shove.
      A lot of times it is bluff or two pair hand shove. EVen if he has 9, you have 10 outs to improve.
      And it also seems strange, that he wouldn´t bet 1,5$ to get value with overpair. Seems like he want´s to gamble or push you out
