IMO your bet on the flop was fine, checking behind on that board is abit weak, when he c/r's you there, you ve gotta ask yourself, can i call another bet on the turn because hes gotta bet the turn so much of the time after c/raising, if you know yu cant then just fold the flop

      Hello nipbourne,

The case here is on the flop that we have to protect our hand and I doubt that I would give it up either. Since his line doesn't make sense, I mean if he really wanted to protect why didn't he just CB himself. Could easily just try to gain some fold equity with his Check/Raise there. So either way it's fine.

      Best Regards.
