I was playing at a $2 tourney and I went to HU with a girl from Spain that definitely plays badly and was there for accident. She has pushed 30 BB with 33 out of position and done other donkeys stuffs like that. At HU, I was with around 70% of chips in play and she shoved and thinking about her HH, I decided to call with JTo, thinking I could have won.
But I don't know if this call is correct even in this scenario.

      Hey alex,

I wouldn't have called myself, but if she is as bad as you say, then you may be beating worse connectors... But i'd usually say you're at a flip at best here.

But i'm not the greatest HU player :P

I'd suggest you post the actual hand in the Hand Evaluation Forums, be sure to explain your reads and previous hands :)

Carl, what happened there? I can't see you anywhere?

the HU discussion board is here:

i'm afraid you need at least silver to access it though, but hoping you can reach the status soon :)

i'm no HU player either but for 30bb i think JTo is really bad call. not only are all pp ahead, but also any Ax, Kx, Qx which is quite a lot of hands. if she is very bad, it will be very easy to outplay her later on, so no need to hurry.

ps why are we talking about carl? where? what? :f_confused:
