I was playing at a $2 tourney and I went to HU with a girl from Spain that definitely plays badly and was there for accident. She has pushed 30 BB with 33 out of position and done other donkeys stuffs like that. At HU, I was with around 70% of chips in play and she shoved and thinking about her HH, I decided to call with JTo, thinking I could have won.
But I don't know if this call is correct even in this scenario.

You should state the effective stack depth.

I strongly recommend that you learn the heads-up push/fold Nash equilibrium, and when you play online have an image of the push/fold chart visible.

It's an unusual play to push with 33 for 30 big blinds, but not a terrible play.

JTo is a Nash call up to about 13 big blinds. You should compare your opponent's strategy with the Nash ranges and deviate to exploit them, so it might or might not be a call in practice.
