      You don't have much to be afraid of on the river. Its fairly likely that he would raise better at some point, + I would expect calls from worse kings and maybe tens. Would prob bet the flop or turn slightly larger so you dont have to make a scary pot jam to get stacks in.

      If he is really so loose then I would 3bet bigger preflop and afterwards also Bet bigger on the flop & turn. :) But overall doubt that we are getting away here, funny that he plays so passively with his 2pairs. :D
