      Poker Stars $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Hold'em - 8 players -

      SB: $1.47
      BB: $0.91
      UTG: $2.31
      Hero (UTG+1): $1.95
      MP1: $2.23
      MP2: $2.88
      CO: $0.97
      BTN: $0.99 (52/16)

Pre Flop: ($0.03) Hero is UTG+1 with 9  9 :spade:
      1 fold, Hero raises to $0.08, MP1 calls $0.08, 2 folds, BTN raises to $0.14, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.06, MP1 calls $0.06

Standard preflop raise. Call and setmine button raise (you could discuss that call as he barely has 50 bb) ... But I did it anyways, as his stats show a 50%+ VPIP.

      Flop: ($0.45) Q :club: 9 :diamond: 8 :diamond: (3 players)
Hero checks, MP1 checks, BTN bets $0.32, Hero raises to $0.96, MP1 raises to $2.09 all in, BTN calls $0.53 all in, Hero ???

I check/raise here because I expect strong aggression from the fish player.
To my surprise, I see another raise from MP1.
      Call or Fold?

I decided to call as I didn't put MP1 on QQ as he didn'T reraise my raise preflop.
      Was this the correct decision?

For info: He had QQ and the 2 following cards were blanks.

I'd call all night long. Also, I like preflop call too. Good hand.

      Hello Mucau,

Welcome to the NL Hand Evaluation Forum! Hopefully we will see more hands from you in the future. I hope that with our help you can improve your play and as well move up the limits. We will be waiting for the next hands and till that good luck on tables!

Preflop play seems to be totally fine for the given odds and of course we ain't gonna fold it postflop. :) I might even donk there myself and go broke then.

      Best Regards.
