lost buy in ...

      hi all and sorry for my bad english ... :D

      Yesterday evening I played at betfred 3 heads up sng buy in 20$.
      While I played third heads up,betfred (like ipoker?) was gone in down … and I lost the game .
      I wrote to the online support and sir Jonh said me :
      “ipoker will be refunding this in the next few hours” :O

      Today i wrote another time with live support:

      Lynda: I poker have requested that all player email claims for interrupted tournaments
      Lynda: so pls send us an email stating time of disconnection and tournament number

      but email dont work!!!!

      I have used and got reply in few days.

      Get used to sloooow rake updates from betfred. E.g. just checked my PS points and no data after 16th day.

      To be able to find out the Tournament I.D, once in the game lobby:
      - Go to sub-header 'My Account'
      - Select 'Tournament History'
      - Select Game mentioned.
      Once you have these details, please send your Username and Tournament I.D to
