I think i made the wrong play on turn and river.

Preflop: Hero is CO with A:diamond: , A:club:
MP3 folds, Hero raises to $0,90, BU raises to $1,55, 2 folds, Hero raises to $4,40, BU calls $2,85.

      Flop: ($9,20) J:heart: , 9:club: , 5:spade: (2 players)
Hero bets $5, BU calls $5,00.

      Turn: ($19,20) T:spade: (2 players)
      Hero checks, BU checks.

I checked to induce a bluff but this makes no sense at this point.
Should just shove since he can still call me with draws.

      River: ($19,20) Q:heart: (2 players)
      Hero raises $16 (All-In), BU calls $16,00.

A very bad card came and i thought i couldn't throw away my aces when i bet small so i just shoved.
What would be the best line on river? c/c small bet or bet small myself?

      Final Pot: $51,20

      Hi,

Shove turn. Pot is big and board is getting quite drawy. He would not fold better hand to your river shove and very rarely call with worse, so I think c/f on that river card is better option

      Best regards,
