      I'd fold river : I don't think he's ever bluffing because your range is pretty strong and I doubt people are capable of taking the raise/bet/bet line as a bluff and I'd be inclined to think that any marginal value would either check river or bet less.

      Also, his hand strength is much higher given that he bets much when the flush/straight draws complete. Not that I think he's likely to have any of those, but I think that worse pairs/hands would definitely slow down quite a bit on that river.

      you can fold river, but personally I would not get there too often. Although since board is that dry then I would likely c/c turn and also c/c river.
