      Hero bets $1.2, UTG calls, UTG+1 raises to $4.1, Hero raises all-in $10.15, UTG calls, UTG+1 calls all-in $2.35.

      River: 8 ($28.05, 1 player + 2 all-in - Main pot: $20.65, Sidepot 1: $7.4)

      I got set on turn but there is str8 board. But I guess if I go all-in, one of therm could call with draw. Also I can't fold with set at that moment even it looked as one of them already got str8.

      What should I have done to make long run?

      I think its tough. Lets assume UTG has a EP range of TT+,AK,AQ. I don't think he'd raise the turn with QQ here. It doesn't make much sense. AA/AK would have bettet the flop. TT is not possible. JJ,KK,AQ beat you. Further there's UTG in the hand who called our turn bet. I think folding is better, if they play reasonably. If they are really bad, its +EV to shove.
