      Hello Sikac,

      I am not a huge fan of flatting the flop actually. There ain't going to be even good cards for us. I mean any spade, any SD which complete, there are just so many cards which we don't want to see and we are OOP. Therefore I'd decide right on the flop what I would do, either I'd 3bet and plan to play for the stacks or just fold it. If he is rather passive then I might even pick the passive approach while haven't invested much into the pot and not know the opponent.
