      Flop: I thought about cbet. Maybe I should?

      FLOP: I don't think it's a mistake not cbetting here. He'd gonna call you anyway, if he had PP.
      TURN: Since you're probably still ahead, I'd prefer raising his min bet and take down the pot right here. Of course we're gonna fold to his raise, if he do so.

      EDIT: On second thought, the guy limp/call so the chances he has PP are high. Maybe calling here is more EV+ than raising, let's see what's the judge opinion.
