      Hi, fractalsonfire!

I guess once you decide to 3bet for value vs. a passive player and hit top pair/top kicker on a very draw heavy board there is not much choice but to go broke there.

Folding the flop wouldn't make much sense without very good reads, even though that might be a case in which we are way behind or only slightly ahead.

It's a tough spot indeed but the times you'll get his stack when only a K hits will more than make up for that.

      Hello fractalsonfire,

Preflop: Don't like the 3bet in first place here, do you really think you can get from a lot hands value here while he has PFR of 4 and is opening from UTG? Rather just flat and play postflop.

      As played
Postflop: What kind of hands do you ever expect to beat here? He will rarely have a lot worse hands with his PFR, even the only hand from we got value preflop as KQ did now manage to hit also 2 pairs. So I'd play Raise/Fold it here. Or either to keep weaker hands in the play and just Call, although we still need to protect our hand.

      Best Regards.
