Villain is a 52/9 drooler. His AF is 4/4/6 but sample size is only 700.

Should my turn bet be nearer pot size?

How would you play river? I have a huge problem with these kind of spots where I'm OOP and have been the aggressor all hand and then face a river raise. I end calling so often just because of the odds, but how do I play hand better?
