      This opponent seems like he wants to bluff me every time since i got lucky with my QQ against his AA preflop.

      1) I would shoved either flop or on that turn card. Don´t see reason why I should give him free card
      2) like how you played check back on the flop. He would not b/f turn his flushdraws and likely has only 2 outs to improve (or drawing dead), sonistead of shoving turn I would think a littlebit and then make "crying call" after that I would snapcall any river shove
