      i wanted to raise 4x, but misclicked

      here i did mistake i think, i should have bet to protect from overcards and maybe fd.

      his line looked so strange, i though hes doing this with 9x, but i wanted to fold, because i invested only 30c so far, in last second i decided to call
      btw i was playing something like 40/30 so i also thought hes making a move against me.

      Preflop: I think your 3x is also fine, because you are on the CO.

      Postflop: Flop call is fine, because the board is dry, and if we raise, then he call us, we will put ourselves into a tough spot. Yeah I think you should definitely bet on the turn for protection, as you said. He is overbetting the river, that's strange, but he can do it with weaker hands, and you checked the turn, so I think as you played, the river call is good.

      Rather Bet the turn yourself and protect your hand. :)

      But as played while he could easily have even worse 9x hands it's kind of hard to fold, especially when you even turned your hand somewhat into induce bluff by Checking the turn. But now again, we have only invested small amount of money and on those stakes would they even bluff like that? :P So our only hope is to see some 9x hands here.
