      A min reraise usually means top pair, but on this kind of board I think he could also have smaller pocket pairs.
      An adaption in my opinion could be not to CB and call one on the turn if he alwas bets if you don't CB.
      If you are out of position it will be harder to bluff catch, as he will probably bluff 2 streets if he decides to do so.

      Hi,

      3-bet him back to 9$ and look what he does against that. First of all it is always good board to c/r bluff small, since if you don´t have anything you would likely going to fold, second he may c/r there by Tx, but 3-bet would put him very thought spot, so he may easily fold there if you show that much aggression and third if you just call and he fires half pot on blank turn you would likely end up giving up.

      If player can´t make moves then just b/f flop, he likely has there then some showdown value or 8x that he is not going to fold
