      Hey all you pokerplayers!

My name is Tim, 22 years old and I am from Holland. I'm quite active at the Dutch PS community, but would like to get some more input so I'm starting a blog here at the English community as well.

At this moment I am working on my bachelor thesis at my university in Groningen, The Netherlands. They gave me the possibility to do my thesis internship at my own school, so not at a company what they normally would prefer you to do.

I've also studied in Germany last year, in the very south (Furtwangen). Next to this I am a musician and I play soccer like most Dutch guys do ^^.

So enough about my social life, let's get to my poker activities.

I've started playing online three years ago. I started with cash, but found out that this wasn't my gametype. Switched to MTT/MTSNG and liked this much more. Had some good months during my period in Germany but had a little break. I think my overall profit is +- $20k on different sites and I've played like +-6k tournaments online. Sometimes up to $22, most of the time up to $11.

I also play live, and had some decent cashes, but nothing above 1k euro. Next week I will be playing a 275 euro event in the Holland Casino in Eindhoven.

At this moment I am playing staked at Pokerstars.fr. I must say I like the smaller fieldsizes and the fishy french players. It gives you the opportunity to run deep more than you do on .com. Gives you a lot more learning experiences in my opinion. I still have $1k make-up to clear.

Here my Sharkscope graph so far.

I will play on for this staking untill I have made some nice profits and I can play for myself again.

I am playing up to 10 euro tournaments (rebuys till 3 euro).

Have fun reading my blog and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!

      Tim

Ow yeah! Forgot to tell you guys, I always end my opening posts with a song, and since I am new here one of my own songs would be fun to watch! It's a studio recorded version, there's also lots of live stuff on Youtube.

      Hey there!

So, yesterday I played a live tournament and it went horrible. First hand on the BB I have 94o and flop top two pair. A guy to my right who never played poker before opens, I reraise and he calls. Turn: T. He bets, I call. River: 2 He bets I call. Obv. he has T9o.

After this game I played a 10 euro sit and go and I get my aces preflop allin against JTs. Fop: KQ9..

So, running bad live, should be promising for my online grindaments!

Tonight I will run some MTT's..

      Good luck y'all!

I've had to edit out your offer information, there's a reason for only officially approved coaches may offer coaching.

      Hopefully you understand,

he, my name is Sven, but some call me Honcho!

yeah, what purplefizz wrote is true - we only allow our very own coaches to advertise their private coaching sessions.
By this we can both have a nice advantage for the coaches, but furthermore kind of a guarantee that the offer keeps what it promises.
=> Of course this does not mean that we prevent further candidates from entering our elite team of coaches! We invite everyone to apply, feel free to drop a message to coach@pokerstrategy.com ,no matter if you are interested in producing videos, writing articles, coaching in one of our live coaching sessions or judging hands in our forums (in order of demand from high to lower)

Next to my MTT-grindaments I will be playing some micro MTSNG's on Pokerstars.com. Will play the 50 cents because I don't have a roll their. It's mainly too keep my MTSNG game on a high level, so nothing special or so.
