      Atleast 20 buy-ins, (200 x $100) $2000 .

      Hi Roya1flush,

Are you planning on playing SH or FR? The general range lies between 20-50 buyins of the limit and is highly dependant on what you feel comfortable with and whether you are able to move down again when you should.

If you play with the lower border (eg 20-25) you need to be able to move down once things don't work out. Otherwise you put your BR in danger. I personally prefer around 30+ buy-ins of a limit - although factors such as "do I feel comfortable on the limit" - "am I able to beat this limit easily" also play into the equation.

      Best regards,

I would suggest to stick to a tight BRM. I play SH BSS and move up when i have at least 45 stacks of the next limits. That way you can stand big swings.

I prefer NL SH, and for me a 35 stack bankroll is sufficient. :D

      Good luck!

      Thanks for the info guys..

I play NL50 and like playing FR not good with SH games...

I am very comfortable about moving down when i have.. i still have to build up my BR before moving up, i just wanted to know how much i would need to have before i consider moving one level up...

This was becuase yesterday i did a little SSS on NL100 and i found it pretty easy to get some money..

For now i will stick to NL50 which i am finding very comfortable at present moment..

NL20k? O.o wow, nice one. i imagine if i ever get there, my BRM would be similar too though! :P

but i think for now unless you have massive swings on SH like sonic, stick to 20BI for FR and 30BI for SH
