      The way he just called Pre, says TT+ Maybe even AK? So hitting my trips on the flop means I can risk calling in position and let him him hang himself?

      As for just calling the Turn, I re-raise he may even fold some hands here, such as KK, so I should just call and raise him on the river if need be?
