      Hero ($20)
      BB ($20.30)
      CO ($8.95)
      BTN ($22.05)

      Dealt to Hero A:heart: 9:heart:

fold, BTN raises to $0.60, Hero calls $0.50, fold

      FLOP ($1.40) 8:diamond: 5:club: 9:diamond:

Hero bets $1, BTN calls $1

      TURN ($3.40) 8:diamond: 5:club: 9:diamond: 8:heart:

Hero bets $2, BTN raises to $7.05, Hero???

Opponent tends to be aggro but not overly so.
I dont 3 bet as he folds to 3bet 33%

I could also go for check raise here i reckon but the board is super wet so his continuation bet is gonna be low?
I think he just reps a lot of strength with this line

The OOP sucks. I prefer to play it passively postflop vs such villain.

I'd check/call the flop, turn and river depending his stats. Its a good board for him to bluff.

      Hello Wacko118,

Whats' the opponents most important stat here -> CB? According to that I would base my actions.

But as we do donk then the problem here is that you kind of show weakness in your donk size on the turn which could force him to raise you. Make it a bit bigger ~$2,80 or something similar and you wont face such actions very often cause they will be more scared to raise you.

Overall such a play is doable and time to time picked by me as well. By this we avoid him Checking behind and hitting either overcard or getting a free card, also of course protecting from draws. But as played most likely towards Bet/Fold without any specific dynamics.

      Best Regards.
