      Not a huge fan of 3betting here while not even knowing much about the villain here. Why not just take the good odds which he is giving you? :)

      Actually because I hate drawing OOP. Since it mostly gets to the point that he puts me on a draw and then checks when I hit. If I dont hit I just invested money without ever defending it. I don t say that this is the right approach it is just that I give a shoot of taking down the pot since I start I think being frustrated with playing draws passively.
      You will maybe asking me what would you do if he calls? Well,depends in most cases I would check if I miss and fold if he bets. If he bets then I know that I m against a strong hand. If he checks then I could assume that I m against a weak Ax or against FD with quite puts me in thoughts how to approach the river.

      No, I wouldn't be asking if he Calls cause most likely he would be shoving if he has Ax. :D
