      Hello Greedyfly,

Most likely I wouldn't even be Betting the turn cause you ain't going to see a lot worse hands there anyways. Rather Check and take a look at his Bet size and might even get the odds for drawing for flush.

      Best Regards.

Assume I check the turn instead and he shoves?

Am I still folding this spot regardless?

Why do you think he shoves? Most likely he would make a normal Bet. If he shoves I am still folding.

Because it least feels like a regular occurence. Hero Raise, Villain call pre flop. Hero Cbet, Villain call on flop. Hero Check, Villain SHOVES the turn. I get it so often and I just don't know where I stand. Some of these idiots that I have bothered to look up are calling raises with any paint/rag combo but hit two pairs. And the hands that miss the Villains just do it as pure bluffs. Honestly I am a bit sick of it.
