      JJ seems like hand that when the flop hits you its hard to get value from worse hands unless you hit a set and hands like AA KK QQ crush you.
      so in what situiations should i call 3bets with JJ

      It depends on the player's aggression and 3-bet tendencies.

      The following rules apply to NL10.

      If they are 3betting regularly (20 - 30%) then you should shove JJ. Their range is likely to include AK, AQ, AJ, KQ, JK, JQ, 22 - 1010. This easily justifies a shove.

      If they are a more standard player with a 3bet percentage of ~10% the best move would be a flat call. This will allow you to more clearly determine their range on the flop and get away from AA, KK, QQ.

      Against regs or nits with very low 3bet percentages (-5%) you should just fold JJ. You are often up against AA or KK and when they don't have a pair normally you are flipping against AK.

      equity win tie pots won pots tied
      Hand 0: 59.919% 59.71% 00.21% 171771180 596634.00 { KK+, AKs, AKo }
      Hand 1: 40.081% 39.87% 00.21% 114702624 596634.00 { JJ }

      In most button vs blind situations you should be 4bet calling vs players with a 3bet over 5%. The 10% dog is made up for by the time he 3bet folds. Also that is a crazy nitty range for him getting in of just KK+ and AK

      Vs a 5% 3bet we can still call with JJ but we are bluff catching from the very start of the hand. Generally calling one and folding turn most of the time as I dont expect most micro stakes players to start dropping big barrells.

      If you arent comfortable playing postflop with JJ like this then folding is fine. Its better to make a small mistake preflop than a big mistake postflop

      what if im raising from early position
      i feel okay calling 3bets
      i have not played that many hands about 15.000 but it seems that its possible to float and check raise a lot and win the money that way in 143 i have won 0.97 BB/hand
      i am generaly not 4betting so my handrange is also kind of strong when i am calling.
      i am kind of wondering if i am folding to much to 3 bets.
      my fold to 3 bet ís 73% is that generally to high
      when my RFI is 31%
