HM2 postgresql

      Hi,

      Im trying to install HM2 but it keeps give me this error "sorry, could not install postgresql". I follow some tutorials on internet and donwload version 8.4 from the postgresql website and nothing, wen im installing it asks me for a password, i choose a password and them its says the password its wrong?( WTF?!)I already turned the UAC off, im using windows 7 x64 and my antivirus software is norton. I need some really help here!

      Have you installed postgresql previously?
      The HM installer uses postgrespass as password. Other passwords are dbpass and postgres.

      If you can't figure it out open a comman box as administrator and run
      net user postgres /delete

      After this you can assign a new password during the installation.

      I'm having the exact same problem. If I come home tonight and one of these things works, you'll be my hero for at least a day, and probably the whole weekend. Just so you know!

      I try to install HM2 and wen im installing or triyng to....it will automatically install the postgresql. If wen i do that the software set a password i really dont know what it is...

      Now i have another problem. I managed to install but wen HM loads i cant connect to postgre database

      Is the postgresql service running?
      Can you connect via pgadmin?
