Your bet into 5 peoples looks very strong and minraising without a J doesn't make much sense for villain. It looks so weak, but I think a laydown is best as I just don't see him raising with a T or a draw (other than a KQdd)

      Villain either has:
      - Jx
      - or another hand

If he has Jx, then you´re probably drawing to 3 outs, worse case you´re drawing dead.
If villain has T or KQ or any other hand then you´re ahead. I´ll consider this way ahead/way behind situation and just call on the flop his min-raise.
Pot is then 13$ and you both have 40$ left.
If you check then he would bet probably 7-8$, because if he has draw then he don´t want to put so much money just a draw and if he has J with better kicker than he doesn´t want that you would fold draw or T.
River is close and if he bets over 1/2 pot then I would fold, but I don´t like to get stacked at these situations.
And you could always improve^^ to get your money in, where you know that you´re ahead.

Bet/fold flop seems a little weak to me.
