      Another small flop bet >.>

Villain decides to lead out on the turn, In my experience this is usually a very strong move, as he is afraid the aggressor will not bet again, so tried to build the pot himself. I decide to flat and hope for a cheap showdown, but his pot bet stunk of strength. He could have just hit a K, but more often than not I'm losing here?

      SB: $10.08 (100.8 bb)
      BB: $11.01 (110.1 bb)
      UTG: $10.44 (104.4 bb)
      Hero (MP): $11.71 (117.1 bb)
      CO: $7.87 (78.7 bb)
      BTN: $9.97 (99.7 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP with A A
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.35, 3 folds, BB calls $0.25

      Flop: ($0.75) K 5 2 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.54, BB calls $0.54

      Turn: ($1.83) 6 (2 players)
BB bets $1, Hero calls $1

      River: ($3.83) 9 (2 players)
      BB bets $3.70, Hero folds

      Results: $3.83 pot ($0.17 rake)
      Final Board: K 5 2 6 9
BB mucked and won $3.66 ($1.77 net)
Hero mucked A A and lost (-$1.89 net)

      Hi MattDenness,

first of all your flop size is OK here again. 72% pot size is nice for that spot.

Interesting villain move here since it is possible he hit his set or maybe two pair with hand like 56s or maybe two pair with K or something.

I would still not give up my hand so easily and i guess it is just fine to call turn and call river since he should really do it with Kx hand and you are still ahead.

If you loose you will get good information on villains play, take a note in any case about his Turn and River bet.

I just think that fold was a bit to weak.

      Hello MattDenness,

Seems to be fine but overall if he is a station then you could even consider betting it bigger on the flop. Well played on further streets, most likely you were beat and trapped.

      Best Regards.
